Macen (“Macen”, “we”, “us”) operates macenprop.com and the Macen trader dashboard. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at support@macenprop.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), country and contact details.
• Identity verification: government ID, proof of address, date of birth and similar documents we need before a funded account or payout.
• Payment details: records of your purchases. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. For payouts we keep your bank details or crypto wallet address.
• Trading data: trades, balances, equity, rule status and payout history on your evaluation and funded accounts.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and log data created when you use our website and dashboard.
• Communications: messages you send us, for example support emails.

3. How we use your data

• to create and manage your account and provide evaluations and funded accounts;
• to process payments and payouts;
• to verify your identity and meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions and other legal obligations;
• to monitor trading for rule breaches, fraud and prohibited practices;
• to answer your questions and send service messages about your account;
• to keep our website and systems secure and working properly.

We process your data because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for, to comply with the law, or for our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• payment processors and banks that handle fees and payouts;
• identity verification providers;
• the technology providers that run our trading platform, dashboard, hosting and email;
• professional advisers such as lawyers and auditors;

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and keep you logged in to your dashboard. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Our service providers may process your data in other countries. When we transfer data abroad, we take steps to make sure it stays protected, for example through contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep it
